Working Principle of Temperature Control Valve

    Temperature control valve plays the role of constant temperature control. When the oil temperature measured by the temperature sensing element of the temperature control valve is lower than the action value (the action value of the temperature sensing element varies according to the lubricant type, sullube is generally 83, 24KT is generally 90.), the lubricant directly enters the screw host for lubrication, avoiding the harm of insufficient lubrication to the screw during the cold start. When the oil temperature measured by the temperature sensing element of the temperature control valve is higher than the action value, the thimble of the temperature control valve acts to push the valve spool to open the bypass circuit step by step, so that part of the lubricating oil enters the cooler to cool down and then mixes with the lubricating oil of the straight-through, and then enters into the screw mainframe after lowering the oil temperature. When the temperature rises to a high enough level, through the host of the oil circuit is closed by the temperature control valve, the lubricating oil need to be cooled by the cooler and then flow into the host, so as to avoid sharp changes in oil temperature on the screw host damage.
