The function of Shouli oil and gas separator oil separator core: 

　　After the oil-gas mixture from the main engine enters the oil-gas separator, it rotates at high speed along the outer wall of the cylinder outside the cartridge, carries out mechanical centrifugal separation and hits the wall baffle plate set up inside the separator, which reduces its flow rate and forms larger oil droplets. Due to the weight of the oil droplets themselves, most of them settle to the bottom of the separator.2) Serves as a reservoir for the compressor to store the lubricating oil.3) Performs fine separation. --Primary cartridge and secondary cartridge. The oil-air mixture entering the tank is separated by centrifugal separation and impact separation, and then passes through these two cartridges for fine separation, separating the small amount of lubricating oil remaining in the compressed air and accumulating at the bottom of the cartridge. Then through the two oil return pipes, back to the host air inlet, inhaled into the working chamber. 4) Pressure stabilization. If the air supply obviously carries oil, and the return pipe filter, check valve and throttle hole are all in normal condition after checking, then the oil-air separator cartridge should be replaced. The specific steps are as follows:

　　① Using a strap wrench, remove the old filter element.

　　Clean the mounting surface.

　　Clean the mounting surface. ③ Apply a thin layer of lubricant to the rubber sealing surface of the new filter element.

　　③ Apply a thin layer of lubricant on the surface of the new cartridge rubber sealing ring. ④ Rotate the cartridge by hand or with a belt wrench until the sealing ring is in contact with the seat of the oil separator and lock it, and tighten the cartridge by 1/2 to 3/4 turn when you feel that the torque is suddenly increased in the process of locking.

　　⑤ Restart the machine and check for leakage.

Note: The oil separator can only be replaced but not repaired.
