The blockage of the air compressor cooler is generally divided into three situations:
1. Surface oil contamination blockage, if there some joints leaking oil on the air compressor during normal work and it is not paid attention to, and if the oil cooler has not been cleaned for a long time, is easy to make dust and oil contamination mix and stick to the fins of the radiator, causing blockage. Then the best solution is to remove the air compressor oil from the air compressor and take it to the car wash to wash with a high-pressure water gun to completely clear the blockage and thus solve the air compressor fault.
. Surface dust blockage, this kind of dust blockage is caused by the air compressor working in the air containing dust and other debris in normal times. This kind blockage is relatively simple to deal with. You can directly hold the air gun and blow down along the fin gap of the cooler when the air compressor is running, can deal with it very well.
3. Internal carbon deposit blockage, if the air compressor uses inferior lubricating oil or operates at a high temperature for a long during long-term use, carbon deposits will form inside the oil cooler over time. In this case, the oil cooler needs to be removed and then soaked and washed with deposit cleaner and other chemical agents.
