Air compressor oil leakage fault judgment and elimination methods:

1, air compressor oil leakage, pay attention to observe the oil seal part, check whether the oil seal is cracked, whether the inner lip is cracked or flap. One of the above conditions should be replaced; check whether the oil seal and spindle bonding surface scratches or defects, there are scratches and defects should be replaced, check whether the oil return is smooth, the oil return is not smooth so that the crankcase pressure is too high, resulting in oil seals leakage or dislodgement, we must ensure that the return pipe the minimum pipe diameter, and does not distort, do not bend, smooth oil return, check the oil seals, the box with the size of the substandard to be replaced.

2, move the spindle to check whether the neck clearance is too large, the clearance should be too large at the same time as the replacement of shaft tile and oil seals

3、Check the sealing condition of gaskets in each joint, repair or replace the gaskets, check the oil inlet and return joint bolts and box body threads and tighten.

4, air compressor oil leakage check and re-adjust the belt tightness, the thumb press 10 millimeters is appropriate.
