1, the selection of the new valve: each valve is specially designed for specific conditions, deviation from the actual working conditions or screw air compressor intake valve improperly designed will increase the number of abnormal parking equipment. Qualified valve should have high efficiency and energy saving, good air tightness, timely action, long life, low noise, low temperature rise and other characteristics. Overall replacement, different manufacturers of the valve can not be mixed in the unified compressor (especially on the unified level cylinder). 

2, installation

　　(1) Should first confirm that the system piping, cylinder, valve nest has been thoroughly cleaned. 

(2) Valve gasket must be replaced, the valve cover bolts must be tightened evenly to prevent the valve installation bias.

　　(3) When installing the compressor inlet valve, the loadregulator should be adjusted so that there is a 1-2mm gap between the top of the valve stem and the valve to ensure that the screw compressor inlet valve works properly.
