Sully Aftermarket Service Department held the Sully Service Advanced Seminar on December 14-18, 2021 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The meeting, a five-day closed training, was organized to respond to the new situation of the future development of the air compressor market and to improve the service concepts and skills of the Shourie service team. The course mainly includes: Shourie energy-saving products, host maintenance 5+5 program, Pearl Program and new product service mode seminar; the purpose is how to achieve win-win situation with customers in the fierce market competition under the new economic situation through our traditional high quality service and combined with the promotion of energy-saving products.

This meeting gathered all the service engineers from Shouli, as well as senior service engineers and service managers from agents nationwide, totaling more than 70 people. The participants were either the backbone of the company's service staff who are often on the front line, or the decision makers of the company's service work. Improving the service concepts and skills of the participants is a great contribution to the improvement of the entire Shouli service team. We believe that after this seminar, the service team of Shouli will have more confidence in how to cope with various tough market challenges in the future.
