12. Regularly the oil level and oil quality, as well as adding and replacing, and recording the operation condition to calculate the next air compressor maintenance time;

13. Checking and recording drive belt coupling, regular adjustment and replacement, and making timely adjustments and repairs if there is any abnormality;

14. Checking and cleaning the oil circuit system;15. Checking whether there is noise and vibration in the operation of the compressor body and motor. If there is any abnormality, we will provide written solutions and suggestions implement them;

16. Checking the cooling fluid pressure, inlet temperature, and records;

17. Checking and recording the surface temperature and current of the motor finding the cause of any abnormality, and dealing with it;

18. Checking the motor records for external power supply voltage;

19. Appearance inspection electrical contacts, wire terminals, and surface insulation inspection of the distribution box, and grinding the terminals for testing if necessary;

20. Carrying out necessary air compressor maintenance work to the situation during inspection, filling in the work order after the work is completed, and signing and answering by the person in charge on-site after each task is completed
