During long-term operation, air compressors are prone to issues such as component wear, oil blockage, and cooling system failures to the complex processes of air compression, cooling, and oil-gas separation. These problems not only affect the operational efficiency of the equipment but can also lead to equipment damage or even. Therefore, regular maintenance and timely repairs are of utmost importance. Through scientific and reasonable maintenance, the service life of the equipment can be effectively extended, the failure rate can be reduced, and production efficiency can be improved.

II. Main Contents of Air Compressor Maintenance

1. Daily Inspection and Maintenance

   - Check the operation parameters the air compressor daily, including oil level, air pressure, and temperature, to ensure they are normal.

   - Clean the body and components, such as the air filter,, and motor housing, to avoid the accumulation of dust and dirt.

   - Check the quality of the lubricating oil, ensure it is clean and free of impurities, and the lubricating oil as needed.

   - Check whether the cooling system is working normally and clean the dust from the heat dissipation surface.

2. Regular Maintenance

Replace the lubricating oil every 500 hours and clean the oil filter and oil-gas separator.

   - Replace the air filter element every 200 hours and check the drainage of the cooling system.

   - Conduct a comprehensive inspection once a year, including key components such as the motor, lubrication system, and cooling system

3. Maintenance for Special Seasons

   - Summer: Focus on checking the cooling system to prevent overheating; Winter: Check the antifreeze and insulation measures

   - Adjust the drainage frequency according to the ambient humidity to avoid the accumulation of condensate water.

4. Operation Precautions

   - Check whether the oil level is the calibrated range before operation to ensure sufficient lubricating oil.

   - Regularly check whether the fasteners are loose, avoiding the detachment of components due to vibration.

- Pay attention to safe operation, such as powering off and depressurizing before dismantling or maintenance.
