Select the appropriate lubricating oil (it is recommended to choose lubricating oil containing anti-foaming agents and oxidation stabilizers. This is the reason why the lubricating oil cannot be reused. For screw air compressors, it is especially necessary to regularly replace the air compressor oil. After all, the main engine being stuck due to screw oxidation is not an optimistic situation).

Pay attention to adjusting the set proportional band and integral time, and try to avoid sudden decreases in air consumption.

Timely drain the condensed water from the screw air compressor, air dryer, air storage tank, and the pipeline network.

If it is a water-cooled screw air compressor, it is also necessary to attach importance to the water quality and temperature of the cooling water, reasonably control the sewage discharge amount of the cooling water, replenish water in a planned manner, and regularly clean the cooling water system.
