The exhaust pressure of the air compressor is high, and the airflow speed is high. A small hole muffler should be used at the exhaust port of the air compressor.

2、 Set up a sound-absorbing tunnel for screw air compressors. The underground or semi underground tunnels of the screw air compressor sound-absorbing tunnel are built with sound-absorbing bricks on the walls of the tunnels. Connect the intake pipe of the air compressor to the sound-absorbing tunnel, allowing air to enter the air compressor through the sound-absorbing tunnel. The use of sound-absorbing tunnels can greatly reduce the intake noise of the air compressor and prolong its service life compared to ordinary silencers.
